Internship Description
Are you a versatile, highly organized individual who enjoys working in an office environment, as well as helping customers? If you enjoy the best of both worlds, then this is the right internship for you! This dealership is renowned for their wide array of inventory and fantastic customer service. These qualities have earned them a reputation as being one of the best dealerships in Northern California, and now they are looking for an exceptional intern to join their team as a receptionist/greeter.
Job Duties:
Answering phones, filing, greeting showroom customers and determining the nature of their visit, answering basic customer inquiries, referring more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person, directing customers to the correct department, introducing customers to salespeople, creating PowerPoint presentations for all current specials for waiting rooms and showroom floor, following up with customers after vehicle purchases and after-warranty service, schedule service appointments, calling customers on various manifest lists to build retention, calling customers and informing them of their OnStar notifications, writing thank you cards, creating flyers for current sales/promotions, and any other duties assigned by management.
Starting pay: $12.50 per hour
Hours: 8 hours a day
Work Days: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
